How Do I Verify My Identity?

Before requesting a payout we need to verify your identity through our Know Your Customer (KYC) portal.

The verification can be done via:

FTUK dashboard → Settings → Verify.

What documents do you accept?

Driver's Licence
Passport
National Identity Card
Any other form of Government-Approved Identification

When can I do this?

You can choose to verify your identidy anytime after getting your dashboard details. You must finish the verification before either scaling up to level 2 on any account, or requesting your first withdrawal on an instant funding account.

Please note that all submitted documents must be valid and in date. Verification can take up to 24 hours to complete.

What is the Inactivity Rule?

We ask that a trader places and closes a trade at least once every 30 days.

Failure to do so will result in an automatic hard breach.

No — all trading accounts at FTUK are denominated in USD. Regardless of where you’re based, profits, losses, and account balances are always calculated in US dollars. When you withdraw your profits, your payment provider or bank may convert USD into your local currency. This is standard across most prop firms, so traders worldwide are already familiar with trading and getting paid in USD.

If you need to take a break for any reason at all and you know you will not be placing a trade for between 30 and 90 days then please get in touch with us to let us know.

We will leave a marker on your trading account so it will remain open.

Any breaks of 90 days or longer are usually fine, however they will be decided on a case by case basis.

How do I Request a Profit Payout?

Below, we have provided a step-by-step process for your convenience:

Login the trader's dashboard
Choose the account you wish to withdraw from on the first page. If you are eligible for payment, the Request payout button will be visible, and you can select it.
You will receive a pop up message with your payout details. Confirm if you are happy to proceed.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the first field.

The system will automatically calculate the traders' profit share at time of payment.

Note: If an account is hard-breached, it is permanently closed. Once closed, the account becomes inactive and any remaining profits are forfeited. Profit withdrawals are only possible while the account is active.

Payouts via Rise Works

After entering the amount, select the Rise payment method.
Enter the email you used to register with FTUK and confirm.
You will then receive an email from Rise.

If you are using RiseWorks for the first time, you need to register on the RiseWorks website and complete the verification process so that we can connect it to your dashboard.

Payouts via Crypto

After entering the amount, select USDT-TRC20
Fill in your USDT-TRC20 wallet address and confirm.

After Your Request

Your payment status will be displayed as "submitted" in the dashboard.
